Returns 

• All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date 
• Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all stickers and tags still affixed
• No returns on food and tech items unless there is a flaw with the product (expired etc.)
• No returns on special or custom orders 

Exchanges 

• Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all stickers and tags still affixed
• Items may be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Additional charges can be processed to a new payment method if desired.
